2. MDE Lead Paint Certificate & Tracking Number
3. Rental Ledger of back rents currently due and owed.
4. Any prior knowledge of maintenance issues or any problems with the property tenant
made you aware of.
5. Current Lease and or any recent lease extensions.
6. Copy Of Property Management Agreement.
7. Current Rental Ledger.
(Special Note: If you need assistance with setting up Property Registration, MDE Registration
Rental License Confirmation, Acct Registration etc..) We can provide that service and we are fully
